What are your business hours? Are you open Saturdays?
We are open Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm. Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Our business hours change during the Christmas Holiday season.
What is your turn-around time?
Our standard production time is usually 7-10 business days. However, rush options are usually available, and depending on the time of year, our production time can shorten/vary. Calling ahead of time is the best bet to check production time.
Can I bring in my own goods to be decorated?
Yes. We do allow clothing/accessories purchased outside of AlleyT to be brought in for decoration. However, some items are not made with the intent to be decorated (i.e. fabric type, zippers or buttons, etc.). Most outside items will need to be checked to make sure that decoration is possible without damage to the item. AlleyT is not held responsible for replacement of goods purchased third-party and are lost/stolen/damaged due to machine/operator error. Spoilage should be supplied in the event of operation error. If spoilage is not needed, it will be given back to the customer un-decorated.
How do I supply art for my order?
AlleyT has a graphic designer on staff for custom artwork. Any premade/camera ready art that is to be supplied should be sent via email to designs@alleyt.net or on a flash drive. The following formats are preffered:
Screen print: Vector art is preferred. Adobe Illustrator (AI)(legacy format CS5.5); EPS, PDF, Corel Draw. Fonts should be outlined/curves or font files should be supplied.
Sublimation: Adobe Illustrator (AI)(legacy format CS5.5); Adobe Photoshop (PS), EPS, PDF, Corel Draw, or JPEG
Embroidery: PDF, JPEG or DST (embroidery stitch file)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT MICROSOFT PUBLISHER FILES.

Yes, we do offer some clothing alterations here. We will always ask to see the garment before we can quote and agree to alterations.
